We built IdealFit after watching too many great candidates get ignored and too many great hires get missed. There had to be a better way.

Why we built this

The system was failing everyone

You know the routine. You find a role that feels right. You spend an hour tailoring your resume. You hit submit. Then you wait. A form rejection arrives three weeks later with no context, no feedback, nothing.
